This is a series of paintings of same format (H110xW90 cm) made in between other projects since 2011. It depicts life phases of a female person who is an artist, a partner and a mother, and other things hard to tell with words; these paintings are in some way, and more than other, self-portraits.
Statues in black
A series of angels: a series of paintings referring to sculptures of classical times, yet not tangible nor solid, not looking for the ideal nor for the trivial. These ‘statues’ are connected to their base by a thread of material, slightly touching ground while floating in the black space.
