Sand paper tied to hand made paper. Labour and craft, labour and art on material.
In art we use our domestic resources. What’s that? All materials we have in the studio, including the preparations of canvasses and other surfaces, in this case sand paper. This rough paper, scratched, torn, coloured, is tied to more common materials. As result these works present:
Sand paper and ink drawing on handmade paper; other materials: cottons paper and book binding tape.
About ‘Le bouquet’: Once, a bouquet of flowers landed in our house and I made paper from it; it is mounted on a wooden frame with a series of nails; 30x24cm.
